Renovation of Grade II listed building to form three flats and three floors of consulting rooms

The building was a run down listed building with an awkward mix of residential and medical uses.  The project was to renovate and improve the building, creating three distinct self contained flats on the upper floors and renovating the medical consulting rooms on the lower floors.

We also upgraded the services to 21st century use, introducing air conditioning to the medical floors with their own concealed recess for the external condenser.

As a listed building, the proposals had to respect the historic fabric which required sensitive detailing, particularly with the new servicing elements. For instance,  the air conditioning internal units were concealed within panelled casings.
