New 220 sq.m family house in London E2

The building forms part of a terrace of contemporary houses near to the vibrant E2 Oval.

Several construction techniques were considered before opting for traditional masonry construction - which was celebrated with the innovative use of glazed brick and mirror polished stainless steel slips to projecting facades.

The house makes great use of a tight wedge shaped plot to provide a new family house with bike garage, ground floor studio, four bedrooms  and a series of garden terraces.

The project has recently been shortlisted for the 2018 Brick Awards.
