The brief for the project was to laterally convert two office buildings into four flats, two 3 bedroom masionettes and two generous one bed flats, as well as the addition of a new lift. The masionettes, at the top and bottom of the property, have been completed to a higher specification with air conditioning and high light fittings.
One of our favorite moments is the frameless glazed link at ground floor linking the kitchen in the rear extension to the main building.
The project had several challenges, particularly with regards to construction, as much of the party wall was removed at ground floor level.
